Coquina Beach Club is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Coquina Beach Club #201 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath Gulf front condo with a heated pool. This spacious unit has an unobstructed view of the emerald water of the Gulf and you can walk the beach is for miles in either direction. The complex has a large heated pool and undercover parking. There are also chaise lounges available for use on the beach (except during sea turtle nesting season which runs May thru November). The unit has a large open lanai from which to watch the sunsets in the evenings.

Unit #201 is a top floor unit that sleeps four with a king size bed, two twin beds. It features a washer and dryer. There is a brand new 50” television in the living room with a DVD player, a 42” television in the main bedroom and a 32” television in the guest bedroom. High speed wireless internet is available with expanded cable.

Beach equipment is not supplied at this unit.

Coquina Beach Club is a perfect Bradenton Beach vacation retreat with a one week minimum rental.

Parking is limited to two vehicles. No Pets, boats, jet-skis or motorcycles (including their respective trailers) are allowed on the premises.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"I am putting a new review on, because the old was taken off, and I feel like people need to read accurate reviews. The location was good. 1) The couch was filthy and had an odor, so we covered it with blankets for our stay. 2) We were only given 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We have never rented a place that didn't supply toilet paper and dish soap, which was very weird. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend the condo if some of the things were fixed.

"We came to Anna Maria Island for a destination wedding and vacation for the week of Aug. 25 to Sept. 2. Beautiful weather until the hurricane made us have to go inland for a few days during the week. I felt the concrete fortress of this property would have been just fine for a hurricane but family and the authorities felt differently, so I went inland. Was so happy when we returned as the place and Island didn't look any different.

I loved this place! The property was clean. The unit was clean and well kept. Loved the whole unit! The view was magnificent!! I could not have imagined any place better to stay! The weather was hot and humid but that is Florida in August.

Just loved this place and do intend to return!

1st Time to Anna Maria/Bradenton

"Our rental experience was wonderful. From the deposit all the way to me forgetting a drawer full of shorts. I was even reminded by Island Vacation Properties (IVP) to triple check everywhere for belongings. I worried about the family and didn’t go back and check after myself. I was fortunate after contacting IVP about my mistake and they contacted the cleaning company and they still had them. IVP was kind enough to mail my pairs of shorts to me in MD even after Hurricane Idalia!! OUTSTANDING service for something that they didn’t have to do for me. During our stay, I received emails asking if there was anything that we needed and if IVP could help in any way!! Our family has rented through many outlets (Big and Small) and IVP was very personal and hospitable!! I would definitely rent from them again!! Staff was incredible!!

Perfect Slice of Paradise

"This is a little slice of paradise! Seriously, you are ON the beach, the location can’t get any better. Watch the color unfold in the morning while sitting on your lanai drinking coffee, or step outside for a walk on the white sand beach. See the birds soaring, the pelicans hunting, and yes – dolphins surfacing while they swim in the ocean. If you’re not out enjoying the local atmosphere, step out on the lanai once again in the evening to observe stunning sunsets, or pull out a beach lounger (supplied in condo parking area for all guests) and watch the sun set. We are annual visitors; this owner updates every year. Recent updates we have noted include both bathrooms updated & newly tiled, new refrigerator with ice maker, a new sectional couch and even new glass coffee tables & dining room table! Giant king master bed is very comfortable, and the fan cools the room nicely – we have not experienced any issues. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have PLENTY of closet space. Rooms are very private, and this area is nice & quiet, no bothersome noise from traffic or other tenants. Unit is always immaculate. Pool is well maintained and is just outside, for condo guests only. Make your own breakfast and dinner (dishes, pots and pans supplied) or walk to a beach restaurant and bar with live music. Convenient stacked washer & dryer are there for your use. There are so many things to do and enjoy in this area. The free trolley will take you down to Coquina Beach or up to Anna Maria Island. Closet just inside the door typically has beach toys, finishing poles and the like. There are puzzles and games inside of the kitchen counter cabinet. As if you even need to leave this comfy unit – there are several nature preserves in the area, many restaurants and bars, ample shopping, and also fishing charters, parasailing, yoga, etc. all right on the island. I can’t say enough about how perfect this condo is.

Unit 201 Coquina Beach Club Christmas Vacation

"This unit is in a perfect location on Anna Maria Island Florida! Walking distance to everywhere but even if your not up for a beautiful walk, a bike path and free trolley stop that services the entire island is right in front of the complex. This unit offers unobstructed views of spectacular sunsets right off your personal lanai and just steps from the gorgeous white sand beach that is perfect to enjoy long walks for miles in either direction. Marine life, sea shell collections, restaurants, shopping and the historical bridge street are right out your door to less than a mile walk. You really don't even need a car here! Our vehicle stayed the unit's covered parking for most of the trip. We honestly didn't spend much time in the unit other than to make breakfast in the well stocked and updated kitchen and have coffee on the lanai each morning, watching the dolphins play in the backyard. The corner unit lanai offers a spectacular unobstructed view of the beach as far as the eye can see! After breakfast, we were off to the beach, biking and all around fun in the sun! The unit was clean, well maintained with noticeable updates and sincere care throughout. It's obvious the owners take great care in this unit and the comfort of their guests! Beach towels, fishing poles, beach chairs, games, as well as hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher and WIFI are all readily available for guests to use. I had read the master bed was uncomfortable but we didn't experience that at all. Regardless, the owners replaced it the day after we left with a new mattress for future guests. We wanted for nothing other than more time. Thank you for sharing your corner of paradise with us!

"We love this building and this spot on the beach. The water is almost always calm and beautiful. The kitchen in this unit was well stocked and we had plenty of towels. We even were given paper towel, tp and dishwashing pods! However, the king bed in the main suite was absolutely miserable, I had to sleep on the sofa. Other than that we had a great trip.

Perfect Views

"We had a great time. The location and views are outstanding! The unit was clean, but a bit dated: The TV is not a smart TV. The matresses are not comfortable. The fan in the master bedroom did not work, we notified the management company, and there was no follow-up. Air circulation in the master is nonexistent without the ceiling fan. If these items are rectified, then I would say this place is perfect.

Anna Maria Coquina Beach #201

"The location of the complex was ideal. The unit itself was tired and in need of some updates. The refrigerator was quite old, though functional, but a broken shelf in the door made storage difficult & no ice maker was present. The master bath tub is peeling from where the porcelain tub has been previously refinished. The washer and dryer have exposed wiring running from the family room around a corner, on top of the drywall to these appliances and the connection appears scary. Truly some of the wires are taped to the wall—beware if small children will be present. I would rate this unit below average for condition, furnishings and quality. The location and corner setting of this rental are it’s best features.

"Location is outstanding! Could not get into condo until 5:45 PM as cleaning crew was late in cleaning. I'm sure understaffed during these times. It was very clean once we were able to move our belongings in. The condo was very out dated for the money paid for this unit.

"Perhaps because it was fall but this was by far the best vacation we’ve had anywhere in Florida. Super convenient to Tampa Itl., no high rises with residents who crowd the beach(only 12 units), Lots of great open air seafood restaurants, close shopping and this condo was immaculate. We had plenty of room, it was clean and up dated. The balcony was room and being on the end provided excellent air circulation. Loved this place and I will be going to Anna Maria Island to the Coquina Beach Club again. Island vacation Properties was wonderful to work with.

Great location; Poor condo maintenance

"The overall experience was good, aside from having to leave early due to COVID19 outbreak. However, condo cleanliness & general condition were not good. Cookware was left with burned on food, the louvre closet doors were filthy with dust & grime, the vacuum cleaner needs to be retired, toilet seats need replacement, bathtub is dangerously slippery & needs upgrading, master bedroom mattress is saggy & uncomfortable, towels/facecloths are few & ragged, (which was a double insult considering we were “charged” a linen fee... use it to buy linens!...). appliances are antiquated. The fee is exorbitant; the facility should be pristine. We had no problem paying for a place on the beach; ...allowing the condo to continue to degrade, while rental fees increase is insulting.

Location, Location, Location

"Location, Location, Location -- beautiful second floor unit -- great views of the gulf and especially the sunsets -- well appointed unit (washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, 3 TV's, etc) -- walking distance to Bridge Street shops and dining -- newly redecorated bedrooms/bathrooms -- large pool, beach chairs -- unit has everything to make our stay most enjoyable -- would stay here again as we have the last several years in Spring.

"This place is absolutely amazing!! View is breathtaking. Plenty of space. Had chairs and stuff for the kids as well to take to the beach. Good supply of dishes, pans, silverware, towels, etc... great beach decor!! Very nice maintenance guy too. Very happy with our stay, would recommend and plan on staying here again!
