Bliss and Tonic Up, located at 2319 Avenue B in Bradenton Beach, is a light, newly remodeled two bedroom two bathroom plus a den vacation getaway. It is nestled between beautiful Anna Maria Sound and the turquoise Gulf waters. Enjoy the entire spacious upper floor of the two unit condo. There is a deck with a pass thru window where you can enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Or just relax the day away, have a meal or read a book all while overlooking the bay.
Bliss and Tonic Up is a beautiful retreat featuring an open living and dining area with a fully equipped brand new kitchen and with a full size washer and dryer. There is a 55" flat screen television in the living room, and a 32" flat screen television in the master bedroom. A 24" flat screen television in the guest bedroom and a 24" flat screen television in the den.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features a full size and a twin sized bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The den has a trundle bed and access to the large deck.
There is plenty of off street parking. Enjoy your time at this vacation home away from home. There is a gas grill shared between the two units. Bliss and Tonic can be rented together for larger groups.
Excellent shopping, dining and entertainment are all conveniently located throughout our seven miles of paradise. You can catch the free Anna Maria Island Trolley within one block from this home to explore everything there is to offer, whether it is down to Historic Bridge Street or all the way to the north end to Pine Avenue. Bliss and Tonic Up has everything you need and will surely bring you back year after year.
Parking is limited to three vehicles. Bliss and Tonic offers a 5% military discount.
This property is a one week minimum rental.
RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: Weekly reservations require a $500.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. There are a few higher end properties that do require a minimum $1000.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. If you are renting multiple units within a complex or duplex a $1000.00 rental down payment is required. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. You can also send a personal check or pay by credit card which will incur a 3% convenience fee.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
