Sandcastle 3, located at 200 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach, is an exquisite three bedroom two bath gulf front condo luxuriously decorated with a tropical flair. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bridge Street. Stay in the midst of Bradenton Beach's historical district where Key West style shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away (there are 8 restaurants within a 5-minute walk). Fish or daydream on the city pier with postcard like views of sailboats and Cortez fishing village. This is the spot you'll often see artists and photographers capturing nature at it best. With convenient shopping so close, you may not even need a car during your stay at the Sandcastle! Just hop on the trolley to explore all that Anna Maria has to offer.

This spacious unit has 10' ceilings and features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It's a chef's delight!

The beach views are spectacular from this property. You can stroll the white sandy beaches for miles in either direction. Other amenities to perfect your stay include: wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free long distance calling, full size washer and dryer, elevator, central vacuum, heated pool, undercover parking for two cars, and a private veranda overlooking the beach. The living room features a 46" television with a DVD player and VCR. The master bedroom features a 32" television and the two guest bedrooms feature 19" and 13" televisions. The ideal Anna Maria Island vacation begins here at the Sandcastle.

Unit 3 at Sandcastle will accommodate eight people with a king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, queen size beds in both guest bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

This is a new unit to our rental program and will book quickly so please don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed!

Sandcastle 3 is a one week minimum stay.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT:
Weekly reservations require a $500.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. There are a few higher end properties that do require a minimum $1000.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. If you are renting multiple units within a complex or duplex a $1000.00 rental down payment is required. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. You can also send a personal check or pay by credit card which will incur a 3% convenience fee.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
