The Garden Home, located at 419 Clark Drive in Holmes Beach is a spectacular, three bedrooms, and two-bath pool home. This beauty is hidden among tropical gardens, ensuring a private, tropical vacation getaway. Nothing was spared in the recent renovation to this home! Its 2600 square feet of splendor! The huge kitchen features two separate areas, one as a workstation and the other as an entertainment area. The spacious living room features a 72" rear projection television with DVD and VCR. The dining area seats eight comfortably at the one-of-a-kind granite dining area complete with full size trees. A XM satellite radio system offers more than 100 stations and features an outdoor speaker system. New digital long distance provides unlimited free long distance to the US and Canada and the Garden Home now features wireless broadband Internet. Last but not least is the screened pool area. This spacious area features a large, free style pool and spa, waterfall and tropical plantings throughout. A large gas BBQ grill is provided for your convenience. The amenities go on and on! This wonderful home sleeps six with two queen size beds and two twin beds. No smokers or pets please. Use of the swimming pool slide is not permitted. There is an extra weekly charge to heat the pool. One-week minimum stay required. Please book early - this one won't last long!!
