"Whispering Palms" is a North Beach Village townhouse located at 6317 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach. This shabby chic spacious three bedroom, two bath condo is 700 feet to the white sugar sand beach. Put your car keys away because there is a free trolley that picks up across from the North Beach Village private cul de sac to take you anywhere on the 7 mile island. Island life is here! This unit is comfortably furnished and features a small open deck off of the living room with a peek of the gulf and a large screened lanai, plus an outdoor shower just off the getaway bonus room . There is a large heated pool in North Beach Village

This unit will sleep six people with two queen size beds and two twin beds. It features a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

There is a 37 inch television in the living room. The lower level master bedroom has a 20 inch television there is a 20 inch television in the upstairs twin bedroom and a 20 inch television in the second guest bedroom. There is wireless internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling all of the tv's are HD.

There are loads of beach toys, bikes and equipment as well as beach towels for your use. Everything you need to enjoy your visit to Anna Maria Island is right here at North Beach Village.

North Beach Village is a one week minimum rental.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Some of the great local spots close to "Whispering Palms" that are definitely worth a visit! Beach Bistro "One of the best restaurants anywhere" There is a cozy bar perfect for date night, only 3 blocks from the property.
Duffy's Tavern "Wonderful burgers!! Very beachy, casual and ice cold beer and fresh food. A must while visiting the island. 0.3 miles
Waterfront Restaurant "great outdoor dining with a wide variety of selections. Local seafood and a great bar. 2.2 miles
Rod and Reel Pier "Nice place to fish, walk grab a cold beer or even get your fishing gear out and wet a line. 2.8 miles
Poppo's Taqueira "Made to order fresh casual Mexican. Tortillas made to order and a great beer selection. Very good and vegan options as well. 1.8 miles
The Donut Experiment "Freshly made donuts to order with your choice of tasty and toppings. Plan ahead this spot is very popular! 1.8 miles
Slim's Place "Great lunch with outstanding cheesesteaks and burgers. Quality food in a sports bar atmosphere. 1.5 miles
Skinny's Place Incorporated "Skinny's and Duffy's compete for the best burger title daily. Great burgers and cold beer. Catch the changing colors of the sunset from this local favorite. 1.3 miles
RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT:
Weekly reservations require a $500.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. There are a few higher end properties that do require a minimum $1000.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. If you are renting multiple units within a complex or duplex a $1000.00 rental down payment is required. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. You can also send a personal check or pay by credit card which will incur a 3% convenience fee.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
