Dock on the Bay located at 503 59th St in Holmes Beach is an updated single family canal home with a pool. It is just 4 blocks from the beach and only one block from a park, tennis courts, free trolley stop and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

This fully renovated home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms that sleeps four. The open concept floor plan of the living room, dining room plus a large screened in lanai will give you plenty of space. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, a 32" flat screen television, and a very long closet with built ins. The master bathroom is updated with new fixtures and extra large shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen sized bed, 28" flat screen television, dresser as well as a roomy closet. The second spa like bathroom has a tub. The kitchen is new with stainless steel appliances, stone counters and over stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and gadgets for your everyday needs.

The living room lets you sit back and relax with new furniture including a recliner! The beach style continues throughout this open concept area and features a large 55" flat screen television, a DVD player as well as cable and wireless internet access (WiFi). The back covered lanai invites you to enjoy a meal at the glass patio set or even a great book on outdoor sofa and chairs. Relax there with a fantastic view of the pool and dock! You can fish or launch your kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, or even rent a jet ski for a day. A gas grill is available. The outdoor interlocking patio features lounge chairs overlooking both the canal and pool that has built in seating for multiple people and an umbrella area to enhance your vacation experience.

Also for your convenience is a garage with inside entrance to the house with full sized washer and dryer. Here you can find beach chairs and 4 bikes for your use. We have thought of everything for your comfort!

This property is a one month minimum.

This property requires a $1000.00 rental down payment on reservations. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $45.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

The final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. If you choose to put your final balance on your credit card, there is a 3% fee. We can also accept wire transfers. Any bank fees deducted from a payment for a wire transfer are the responsibility of the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.

Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
