Alamanda Villas, located at 102 39th Street in Holmes Beach is a charming beachside complex featuring eight units surrounding a heated pool, tropical landscaping, multi-level decks and built in BBQ area. Anna Maria's white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico are just outside your door to lure you into pure relaxation. It doesn't get much better than this! This complex was completely and beautifully renovated in 2006 and each unit is fully equipped to make your stay at Alamanda pleasant and comfortable. Each unit offers all amenities including a washer and dryer, high speed internet and free long distance calling. Units 1 - 4 are lower level units, most with private patio areas. Units 5 - 8 are upper level units, most with small private balconies. Each unit sleeps four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. All units are very nicely furnished in beautiful Florida charm and fully equipped with everything you'll need so you can relax and enjoy this wonderful island getaway. There is a one week minimum rental period during the winter season. Three night rentals are accepted during the rest of the year, within 60 days of arrival. Please note that rentals of less than one week are calculated at a higher daily rate.
