The Hideaway, located at 5002 5th Avenue in Holmes Beach is a gulf front home which will take you back in time when living was easy. This wonderful home was built in the 1940's and still has the same charm and ambience of days gone by. Magnolia wood walls and ceilings throughout the home give the feel of an old time beach cottage. The spacious enclosed porch on the beachside is surrounded by windows and offers a panoramic view of the beach.

This three bedroom, two bath home sits in a secluded area of Holmes Beach, on an absolutely beautiful beach. You can stroll for miles in either direction. Sit and watch the sunsets, play a game of cards on the table or even take a nap on the cot while listening to the surf. There is a full size washer and dryer and a charcoal grill.

The living room has a 32" tv with a DVD player. High speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is provided. This home sleeps seven with a queen bed, a double bed, two twin beds, and a day bed in the living room.

This is a type of Anna Maria Island rental home that is getting harder and harder to find!

The Hideaway is a one week minimum rental.

Parking is limited to three vehicles.

RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: Weekly reservations require a $500.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. There are a few higher end properties that do require a minimum $1000.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. If you are renting multiple units within a complex or duplex a $1000.00 rental down payment is required. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. You can also send a personal check or pay by credit card which will incur a 3% convenience fee.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.

Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
