General InformationThe Beach House Resort #2, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. This unit is individually owned and is newly decorated with top of the line furnishings. It has a 40" television in the living room with both a DVD player and VCR. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed and features such extras as high speed internet, free domestic long distance, private screened porch and onsite coin operated laundry room for your convenience as well as a video library for your enjoyment. This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All nine units together will sleep 38. One small pet allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months and a three night minimum rental during summer and fall. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 60 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate. Parking is limited and restricted to one car per unit.
