Castnetter Beach Resort unit 11, located at 4101 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach is a delightful island locale situated conveniently across from the Manatee Public Beach and the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. This is one of only two lifeguard protected beaches on the island, and includes the Cafe on the Beach, a great spot for pancake breakfasts, lunch and occasional live entertainment as well as a small playground for the kids.
Castnetter Beach Resort units have recently undergone renovations for a fresh, tropical ambience. The complex boasts an onsite coin operated laundry room, a 30 x 40 foot deck, gas grill and picnic tables, an area perfect for sunbathing, barbecues, or simply enjoying the Florida evenings after a lazy day at the beach.
This is a perfect venue to host a romantic beach wedding or a large family gathering. The versatility and options offered by this nine unit village are endless with the various room configurations. There is adequate parking available for boats and trailers.
Unit 11 offers all amenities including a microwave, dishwasher, wet bar and Jacuzzi tub. There is a private and open deck overlooking the public beach. Wireless internet with an expanded cable package and free domestic long distance calling is provided.
This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a queen size sofa bed. High speed internet with free domestic long distance calling is provided. There is a 50” TV in the living room with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 42” tv with a DVD player while the guest bedroom has a 27” TV.
One small pet less than 25 pounds is permitted with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Three night rentals are available within sixty days of arrival during the summer and fall. There is a one week minimum during the winter.
