General InformationAnna Maria Beach Place, located at 201 35th Street in Holmes Beach is a charming beachside complex featuring six units surrounding a heated pool and tropical gardens. Immediately across a rarely traveled, dead end road are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get much better than this! Unit 2 at Anna Maria Beach Place is a one bedroom, one bath lower unit that will sleep four with a king size bed and a sofa bed. This unit is furnished in festive, Florida colors and fully equipped with everything you'll need so you can relax and enjoy this wonderful island getaway. Two gas grills plus a chimnea, an onsite laundry room, plenty of beach chairs and private patios off the lower units complete the package. This hidden treasure will sleep a total of 24 and is a perfect spot for family reunions and get-togethers. Anna Maria Beach Place is a one week minimum during the winter. Three night rentals are available during the rest of the year, within 60 days of arrival. Please note that rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate. Amenities
