Palm Gables Condominium located at 110 36th Street in Holmes Beach is one of the most sought after Holmes Beach rental complexes. It's in a popular, quiet area of Holmes Beach yet it's close to shopping and restaurants. Palm Gables is a small 7 unit complex and features secured undercover parking and an elevator - to say nothing of the panoramic views of the Gulf. The heated pool is directly on the wide, expansive beach. The sunsets are spectacular and the beach is white and pristine!

This spacious, three bedroom, two bath, unit has just been renovated and features a lanai overlooking the beach and the pool. It's decorated in bold and vibrant colors. The open design on this spacious unit is wonderful!

This unit features a 32" television in the living room with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a 26" television with a VCR and the guest bedroom has a 13" television. Wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling is provided. The unit has a washer and dryer.

Palm Gable #110 unit will sleep eight with a king size bed, a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. It's a very popular condo, so don't delay.

Condo rules require a one week minimum rental period.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: Weekly reservations require a $500.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. There are a few higher end properties that do require a minimum $1000.00 nonrefundable rental down payment. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. If you are renting multiple units within a complex or duplex a $1000.00 rental down payment is required. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $75.00 non-refundable processing fee. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. For your convenience we now accept E-checks which will incur a $1.00 processing fee. You can also send a personal check or pay by credit card which will incur a 3% convenience fee.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
