The Anna Maria Escape located at 725 North Shore Drive in Anna Maria city is just that - a peaceful, relaxed place to get away from it all. You can stroll on the beach for miles in either direction! It’s a perfect Anna Maria Island vacation home! This spacious and charming two bedroom, two bath Gulf front home has been recently updated and is decorated in bright, festive colors. The Anna Maria Escape features a 36” tv in the living room with a DVD player and a 21” tv in one bedroom with a DVD and VCR as well as wireless high speed internet access, expanded cable and free domestic long distance calling The home has a single car garage, full size washer and dryer and a large "country style" eat in kitchen. There is an additional dining area in the living area. Step right onto the beach from the private and tropical patio surrounded by native Florida plants or relax in the evening while enjoying the wood burning chimnea or while cooking dinner on the charcoal grill. The Anna Maria Escape sleeps ten with two queen size beds and three sofa beds in the large living room. Small pets are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. It is a one week minimum rental.
